Warm-up: Good mornings, toy soldiers, arm circles, high knees, butt kicks, big arm circles.

Workout:

Cardio Circuit 1: Run the small pickle, Jumping Jacks (20), Butt Kicks (20), Burpees (20)

Weight Circuit 1: Chest press (20) and dead lifts (20)

Cardio Circuit 2: Run the small pickle, High Knees (20), Inch worms (20), Squat Jumps (20)

Weight Circuit 2: Side Lateral raises (20) and triceps or dips (20)

Cardio Circuit 3: Run the small pickle, Plank Jacks (20), Skaters (20), Burpees (10)

Weight Circuit 3: Reverse Flyes (20) and Bicep Curls (20)

Cardio Circuit 4: Run the small pickle, Fast Feet (20), High Knees (20), Jump Squats (20)

Weight Circuit 4: Upright rows (20) and Hammer Curls (20)

Cardio Circuit 5: Run the small pickle, Jumping Jacks (20), Butt Kicks (20), Burpees (10)

Weight Circuit 5: Front lateral raises (20) and Chest Flyes (20)

Cardio Circuit 6: Run the small pickle, High Knees (20), Inch worms (20), Squat Jumps (20)

Skipped the last circuit of weights so we had time for Abs!!

Abs: 30 Ankle Biters, 20 LBC’s and 10 Leg lifts; 30 Bicycle Crunches, 20 Russian Twists and 10 left lifts; 30 Ankle Biters, 20 LBC’s and 10 Leg Lifts.

Finished with 2 minutes of Glute Bridges!!!! HAHAHA
