Warm-up in a circle (the norm)
The Thang: Route 28 vs 66 (limited light posts on Academy street :-)). 1 rep building up to 7 reps of each exercise
- Push-ups
- Sumo Squat
- Split jumps (HC)
- Tricep Dips
- Mountain Climbers (HC)
- Side lunge with kick (HC)
- Squat jump
- Burpees (to make Crisco proud)
Headed back to the parking deck to end with Ring of Fire for Core:
- Hold = Side plank (R) with 6 reps of plank pull throughs
- Hold = Side plank (L) with 6 reps of plank pull throughs
- Hold = Bridge with 6 walk outs
