Warm-up in a circle (the norm)

The Thang: Route 28 vs 66 (limited light posts on Academy street :-)).  1 rep building up to 7 reps of each exercise

  1. Push-ups
  2. Sumo Squat
  3. Split jumps (HC)
  4. Tricep Dips
  5. Mountain Climbers (HC)
  6. Side lunge with kick (HC)
  7. Squat jump
  8. Burpees (to make Crisco proud)

Headed back to the parking deck to end with Ring of Fire for Core:

  1. Hold = Side plank (R) with 6 reps of plank pull throughs
  2. Hold = Side plank (L) with 6 reps of plank pull throughs
  3. Hold = Bridge with 6 walk outs

Then we ran out of time!
