  • See You When I See You: choose a partner, walk w/weights around the pickle in opposite directions. When you meet your partner do 3 burpees  w/push up/renegade row & oh press and continue on in the direction you’re going. Meet back up at the start and do 3 more burpees w/push-up/renegade row and oh press 


Round 2:

Kettlebell swings 

Tricep kickback or extension

Weighted Imperial Walker hc 

Jump rope 


  • Repeat Burpee When I See You in opposite direction
