The Thang:
This is a modification of Walkman’s “Rigged Dice” workout. We took turns rolling two dice, one for the exercise, and one to get a mutliplier for the number of reps. The exercises we did were:
1: Snatches (HC)
2: Dead Lifts
3: Bicep Curls
4: Big Girl Sit Ups
5: American Hammer (HC)
6: Hallelujah
Whenever we rolled doubles, we ran/walked the pickle and when we rolled sevens we did 5 chest to ground burpees. After 4 rounds with these exercises, we switched out a couple for ankle biters and tricep dips (I think we swapped more but never rolled them).
