Roll the Dice:  (One dice is the exercise and other dice is the reps x 2)

  1.  Wide squat to overhead press
  2.  Burpee
  3.  Mountain Climbers
  4.  Renegade Rows
  5.  Side Lunge with bicep curl alternating sides
  6.  Tricep extensions or dips

Walk around the pickle

Abs:  Tabata 45 secs, 15 secs rest
