Because the Q was currently working through the busiest part of the semester, she borrowed this workout from Granola (which she remembered as one of the hardest workouts during her early days at FiA!). We did the typical things to warm-up.
The Thang: Not-So-Lazy Dora
We broke into groups of 2 (and 3 ). “Not-so-lazy” – no running during rounds of the Dora (we ran between instead!)
Round 1: 100 Push-Ups. Partner 1 did 10 pushups will Partner 2 held a plank. Then they switched, and repeated until they did combined 100 pushups.
Then run the pickle once.
Round 2: 200 Star crunches. Partner 1 did 20 star crunches will Partner 2 held a 6-inch leg lift. Then they switched, and repeated until they did combined 2oo star crunches.
Then we ran the pickle twice.
Round 3: 300 squats Partner 1 did 30 squats will Partner 2 held a wall sit. Then they switched, and repeated until they did combined 300 squats.
We skipped running the pickle 3 times in order to go back down the ladder.
Round 4: 200 Dips. Partner 1 did 20 tricep dips will Partner 2 held a reverse plank. Then they switched, and repeated until they did combined 200 tricep dips.
Round 1: 100 Glute Bridges. Partner 1 did 10 glute bridge will Partner 2 held a glute bridge. Then they switched, and repeated until they did combined 100 glute bridge.
Then we took some time to strech and did Name-O-Rama. Thanks for joining me, and thanks Granola for bringing this work out to Carpex!
