Pyramid style workout:

10 reps push ups, fire hydrant (r) and (l), bicycles, mountain climbers followed by 5 burpees

20 bicep curls, heels to heaven, overhead press, plank jacks followed by 4 burpees

30 LBC’s, glute bridges, american hammers, 3 burpees

40 squats, lunges- 2 burpees

50 jumping jacks, 1 burpee

Walk the small pickle or run big pickle between each set
