**This is a recycled workout.  First by Crisco, then Zeppelin.  I changed some of the exercises to make it more of a strength training workout, but we did get our cardio in!

 

Warm Up

3 Pyramids (Legs, Arms, Core)

10 reps of 5 exercises then 5 laps around shelter

15 reps of 4 exercise, then 4 laps around shelter

20 reps of 3 exercises, then 3 laps around shelter

25 reps of 2 exercises, then 2 laps around shelter

30 reps of 1 exercise, then 1 lap around shelter

Legs:

  • Squats with heavy weight
  • Deadlifts with heavy weight
  • Monkey Humpers
  • Jump Squats
  • Burpees

Arms:

  • Bicep Curls with medium weight
  • Triceps Overhead Extension with medium weight
  • chest press with heavy weight
  • Bent Over Rows with heavy weight
  • Push Ups

Core:

  • LBCs with medium weight
  • Big Girl Sit Ups with medium weight
  • Ankle Biters
  • American Hammer with weight
  • Mountain Climbers
