We began with a warm-up with light stretches and then jogging around the parking deck with interspersed exercises (butt kickers, high knees, skipping, grapevine, side skipping) with fast steps on the stairs.
Then we began our first activity (Pumpkin Kamikazes) where we harvested our 20 little pumpkins in 2 teams doing suicides – waiting partners did crunches or planks.
Afterwards we used our pumpkins to do 9 workouts (10 ea.):
– Push-up pumpkin slides
– Pumpkin goblet squats
– Side plank pumpkin crunches
– Superwoman pumpkin passes (between partners)
– Pumpkin American hammers
– Lunges – raising pumpkin with arms
– Pumpkin oil dereks
– Toe touches with pumpkin leaps
– Burpees with pumpkins
