Beethoven – The Thang – Repeat 3X each:

First set:

-30 Donkey Kicks (15 each side)

-20 Jumping Jacks

-10 Sumo Squats (with or without your own weights)

Second Set:

-30 Butt Lift / Leg Extensions (15 each side) (with or without your own weights)

-20 High Knees

-10 Regular Squats (with or without your own weights)

Third Set:

-30 Mountain Climbers (15 each side)

-20 Squat Jumps

-10 Bridge Butt Lifts on the ground

Fourth Set:

-30 Butt kicks (15 each side)

-20 Side leg Raises (10 each side) (with or without your own weights)

-10 Lunges (10 each side – I know this will be 20 total, but 5 each side seems like too little) (with    or without your own weights)

Crisco Abs: 30 sec intervals repeat 4x

-Straight leg single arm crunch (lie on back, L leg stays straight in air crunch bringing right arm to left leg)

-Repeat for Right leg

-AB crunch punches (knees bent; crunch; while in crunch position, alternate vertical punch; release crunch)

-Leg lifts while holding heavy weight w/ arms extended above chest
