Mosey to the playground
Divy up into stations – chin up hang, swing rows, swing crunches, plyo push ups on table, plank walk ups on bars, toe taps, and bulgarian squats – 1 min at each station and then rotate.

Thang 2:
Jog to The hill and grab a rock

10 shoulder press
15 tricep extensions
20 bent over row
25 bicep curls

Sprint up the hill, jog down and repeat 3x.  Now for legs (keep the rock)

10 SL RDL HC
15 box jumps
20 goblet squats
25 DL RDL

Jog backwards up the hill, back down. Only had time for 2 rounds of legs.  Jog back to the parking lot for our Name O Rama and name our 3 FNGs!
