It was a great night for a workout after the rain with a low pollen count and a cool 70
Warmup
worlds greatest stretch, jumping jacks, toy soldiers, Phelps, Straddle stretch, downward dog, inch worms
THE THANG
There were 7 stations each with four HIIT exercise cards on a picnic table. You could choose by category one of the following cards:
Upper body, Lower body, Full body, Warmup (cardio like exercise); Then you would perform the exercise you choose for 1 minute, they jog around the shelter moving forward for the next card of the 4 laid out (UB, LB, FB or warmup) performing for one minute and so on. We did just over 2 full rounds at each station so you had an opportunity to choose another card or use the same one you had last time. You also could just choose all LB exercises, etc. Once you turned the card over you had to do that exercise and would have to turn it face down again so the next person could not see the hidden exercise.
ABS- 30 seconds each.. we had some AB exercises in the cards and due to time restraints we only did heels to heaven and bicycles
