Exercises 8 Reps each then cardio

Squat & shoulder press

Deadlift & upright row

Full sit ups

Curtsey lunges & bicep curl

Hold glute bridge & chest press

Hold legs 1″ off the ground & skull crushers

Sit up and move one leg at a time over your water bottle.  Repeat other leg

Ugly Burpees

*Cardio- 4HC step ups, jumping jacks, or run*

Repeat
