Finally a nice day at DD , so my plan was to travel a bit on the  greenway. After the disclaimer and a few minutes of stretching in the parking lot, we were on the move.     Great to meet new FiA Gerber !!

The Thang:

First stop was the other side of the tunnel. Pax all held a wall sit while one person would run through the  tunnel , up the stairs and back.  2x

Now on to the greenway  (avoiding dogs and bikes)

Jog and exercises are all 45 sec with a 15 sec rest.    Jog then do exercise 1.    Jog then do exercise 1 and 2.   Repeat until all 4 exercises are complete.

  1. Pushups
  2. Skaters
  3. Sparky Crab
  4. Alternating Step ups on bench

Time to head back to parking with a different  set of exercises

  1. Launchers
  2. Burpees
  3. Hallelujahs
  4.  Small/Big Jump Squat. ( didn’t have time to complete)

At the end, we jogged, shuffled and skipped to the top of the stairs.
