The Thang! With Tabata timer (35 seconds work and 15 seconds rest). Rotating between upper body and then lower body workouts.

Biceps curls

Triceps dips

Triceps extension

Upright rows

Reverse fly

Shoulder Press

Front Lateral raises

Side Lateral raises

Chest press

Lower Body:

Squats

Lunges

Deadlift

Kettlebell swings

Donkey kicks

Narrow Squats

Step-ups

Calf Raises

Glute Bridges

Run the pickle to get warmed up some!

Repeat workout – made it to calf raises and then on to abs due to time.
