Good mornings 10 oyo; Toy Soldiers, Arm circles forward/back, Chest Openers, Torso Twist, Wide low squat w/ opposite shoulder to opposite knee, Jog to entrance and back

The Thang:

30 sec of each exercise x4

Left leg on curb squat

Bicep curls 

Right leg on curb squat

Tricep kickbacks

 

Push ups

Seated Row w/ twist (band around feet)

Party Tray (sit on band, crisscross, lift band up/down w/ palms up)

Hug-a-Tree (sit on band, crisscross, band around upper back, coming across biceps, arms in wide circle, open/close)

 

Inside leg lifts L (lie on left side, right leg bent, band around left leg, lift for inner thigh)

Point and Flex R (lie on back, R leg in air w/ band around foot point/flex) 

Inside leg lifts R
