Warm-up in a circle

The Thang: We travelled to the Church parking lot so we had a loop.   Partner Up and Run the opposite direction around the loop.   Each meeting you did Push-ups, Tricep Dips, Squat jumps and Side Lunges (HC).   We began with 10 reps and dropped to 9,8,7,….. until reaching 1 rep.

We traveled back to the library with LA freeway down Academy street.

6 inches ———- 5 Big girl sit up

Bridge Hold ——— 5 Bridge kicks (HC)

Side Plank (L) ——– 5 hip abduction kicks
