Disclaimer and warm up

This workout was all arm focused other than a few abs thrown in

Parking space workout.

each parking space had its own workout, written in chalk. Each Pax picked a parking space to start on (10 total) and we did the exercise for 1 min then had 15 secs to rotate clockwise to the next space. Once we got through one full round of all spaces we ran the pickle, then did it again but 45 sec at each space. After that full round we ran the pickle then did it again for 30 sec at each space.

the exercise were:

bicep curls

overhead press

tricep extensions

sit ups

push ups

upright row

bent over row

chest press

russian twists

renegade row

we ended with a ring of fire holding a plank and each pax did 5 plank up/downs.
