Dynamic warm up around half track; walk to skate park for good mornings + toy soldiers, stop at top of hill for arm circles/phelps/OH claps, stop at sidewalk past baseball field for steve earles (squat  w/ hillbilly); back to parking lot

The Thang:

Mrs. Claus and her elves are delivering “packages” (AKA Weighted Walking 4 Corners Escalator)  – w/ Christmas playlist

*When Feliz Navidad comes on, pause to do burpees every time the song says Feliz Navidad or Merry Christmas

Round 1: 5 devil burpees at each stop

Round 2: 5 devil burpees + 10 OH press at each stop

Round 3: 5 devil burpees +  10 OH press + 15 weighted squats at each stop *Feliz Navidad

After a million burpees, we swapped out devil burpees here for Renegade Row thrusters for the rest of the rounds

Round 4: 5 renegade row thrusters + 10 OH Press  + 15 weighted squats + 20 OH Marches at each stop

We finished with 25 HC dumbbell side bends
