This workout was prepared to either celebrate a win with a continued Stanley Cup journey or a celebration of the Canes Season.  Unfortunately, it was an ode to the season after a tough loss! I learned when planning this workout that “hurricane” workout exists which is a burst of cardio with 2 strength exercises on repeat.  I went with it and we had Categories 1 – 5 for our workout with a Hurricane Playlist

Warm-Up jog around the pickle, stretching

The Thang:

Category 1: (35 sec sprint, 10 sec transition, 35 sec bicep curls, 10 sec transition, 35 sec squats) * 3 rounds with 1 minute rest in between

Category 2: (35 sec sprint, 10 sec transition, 35 sec tricep extension, 10 sec transition, 35 sec lunges) * 3 rounds with 1 minute rest in between

Category 3: (35 sec sprint, 10 sec transition, 35 sec chest press, 10 sec transition, 35 superwomans) * 3 rounds with 1 minute rest in between

Category 4: (35 sec burpees, 10 sec transition, 35 sec hallelujahs, 10 sec transition, 35 sec glute bridges) * 3 rounds with 1 minute rest in between

Category 5: (35 sec burpees, 10 sec transition, 35 sec American Hammers,  10 sec transition, 35 sec platters) * 3 rounds with 1 minute rest in between

We finished with a few stretches and name-o-rama
