Run 5 laps then complete 5 push ups/squats/hillbillies
Run 4 laps – 10 push ups/squats/hillbillies
Run 3 laps. 15 push ups/squats/hillbillies
Run 2 laps. 20 push ups/squats/hillbillies
Run 1 lap. 25 push ups/squats/hillbillies
Millennial
10 exercises, 100 of each = Millennial
All Pax start counting the same exercise; first Pax to get to 100, shout it out then all Pax can stop!
