Warm up- arm circles 10 forward & back, phelps, toy soldiers 10, hang down, quad stretch

Work out- pick a partner, run to skate park then around to stairs.

Round 1

  • Bear crawl around track
  • 15 un-sparky crab, tabletop walk legs out and back, dip down. Then run to partner and switch.
    1. Repeat twice total 30 each or 60 as partners

Round 2

  • Lunge walk around track
  • 30 plank jacks run to partner switch.
    1. B- lunge walks around track while A does 30 plank jacks. Continue to 90 each
      1. Run to pickle and keep running until we all meet up

Round 3

  • Both start in plank position. A does 1 slow arms out mountain climber
  • Holds a shoulder tap plank until A is done. Then B does 2 slow arms out mountain climber while A holds shoulder tap plank
    1. Work up to 10 then run the pickle
  • Both start in plank position A does 10 slow arms out mountain climber.
  • B Holds shoulder tap plank until A is done. Then B does 9 slow arms out mountain climbers while A holds shoulder tap plank
    1. Work down to 0 then run pickle

Round 4 (move to shelter)

  • A Complete dips until B is done
  • B Complete 20 HC side lunge (left leg) on bench while A does dips
    1. Switch legs at 20
  • B Complete 20 HC side lunge (right leg) on bench while A does step ups
  • Run pickle, then switch A does lunges while B does dips and step ups

Round 5

  • Both start in squat position. A does 1 ½ burpee to squat and hold
  • B holds squat until A is done. The B does 2 ½ burpees while A holds squat
    1. Work up to 10 then run the pickle
  • Both start in squat position A does 10 ½ burpees
  • Holds squat until A is done. Then B does 9 ½ burpees while A holds squat
    1. Work down to 0 then run pickle

Round 6 (move to fence by soccer field)

We modified end of work out we were running out of time.

Everyone got up in a handstand and one by one we counted to 3 then we all got down.

As a group run around ½  the track .25 mile.
