After disclaimer, the pax warmed up on a very warm New Year’s Eve morning with 20 jumping jacks, arm circles,  Phelps, 10 good mornings, and 10 windmills

There were 10 separate exercises, starting at 1 we went to 10 then counted back down to 1.

1. 1 min plank with 30’sec of plank rows

2.  2 min of squats:  10/normal, 10/5 sec down and explode up, 10/ 5 sec up and drop down

3. plank up downs- 10 HC

4. 4 burpees with a star jump

5.  5 min of EMOMS: 4-6 deadlifts, push-ups, and snatches

6. sit up With weight grabs- 10

7.  Side lunges 10HC

8. 1 min of 10 BGSU, 10 American hammers

9. 1 min squat press AMRAP

10. 2 min  Bicep curls – 10 reg, 5 10 sec down fast up, 5 10sec up fast down

Ended with some stretching and nameorama
