The Thang
Onebyone, each PAX member will call the count for each exercise. First PAX member will
call out the count for the 1st exercise, then the second PAX member will call out the count
for the 2nd exercise, and continue around the circle so that each PAX counts and all
exercises are completed. All exercises are Hard Count (1+1) unless otherwise noted as Soft
Count (SC). If you’re faster than the counter, slow down & work on form. If you’re slower
than the counter, challenge yourself to keep up.

Tell the Truth Challenge
Each exercise will start with a truth statement. Every PAX member must do the
exercise for 30 seconds regardless if that truth applies to you or not. The question is…
who is telling the truth and who is lying!?! If you do not think that the statement applies to
a particular PAX member, then call her out! If someone asks if you are not telling the
truth (lying) and you ARE lying, you must do a BURPEE. If someone asks if you are
lying and you are NOT lying (meaning that the statement in fact does apply to you),
whomever ASKED must do a BURPEE. Each PAX member can only call out one other
PAX member for each question. Have fun and get to know your PAX!
