AMRAP : Shoulder Taps, Punches, Curtsey lunges

Run for 5

AMRAP : Burpees, JJ, lateral kicks

Run for 5 was modified for time – we ran to the pier overlooking the lake for a photo op then ran back to the parking lot for 

AMRAP abs: Bicycles, LBC’s, Flutter kicks
