P1- sprint to end of parking lot

P2- shoulder taps

P2- hollow hold

P1- Sprint

P2- mountain climbers

1 min of Strength; 30 secs of Cardio

1- Bridges with Chest press

2- deadlift with row

3- Curtsy lunge with bicep curl

4- bicycle

5- Squat press for speed

plank jacks in between each strength exercise

 

Perfect 10:  10 exercises for 10 reps then run a lap around the pickle

1- Squats

2- burpees

3- donkey kicks each leg

4- froggers

5- American Hammers

6- Big Girl Sit Ups

7- Plank Leg Raises

8- Tricep Push ups

9- Chest push ups

10- Mountain Climbers (HC)

COT:  You never really know the true impact you have on those around you.  You never know how much someone needed that smile you gave them.  You never know how much your kindness turned someone’s entire life around.  You never know how much someone needed that long hug or deep talk.  So don’t wait to be kind.  Don’t wait for someone else to be kind first.  Don’t wait for better circumstances or for someone to change.  Just be kind, because you never know how much someone needs it.
