I figured that since I was ringing in my 45th birthday that my workout would reflect the #45!

So here it goes:

Perform Move 1 for 45 seconds then rest for 45 seconds.  Then perform Move 1 for 45 seconds, Move 2 for 45 seconds, run the pickle, then rest for 45 seconds.  Continue adding on a round each time.

1- Squat thrusters with shoulder press

2- Lunge with bicep curl

3-side leap to other weight and Deadlift

4- Burpee with Mid Row

5- Jumping lunges with weight press


Then we did some exercises to songs.   We finished up with some Jane Fonda legs!
