We circled up for our warm up. We did some good mornings, windmills, toy soldiers, arm circles, Phelps, jumping jacks, high knees and butt kicks.

Then we moseyed over to the skate park hill to do some sevens. We lunged up the hill, burpees up top, jogged down and push ups on the bottom. After a few rounds of lunges we modified to jogging both directions.

We moseyed back to the parking lot where we did some weight work. We did this Dora style while one partner ran the pickle and the other did the assigned exercise.

The exercises:

Curb squats, overhead press, lateral lunges, bent over rows, standing marches, deadlifts, bicep curls, curtsy lunges, overhead Tricep extensions and we did not make it to trunk twists. The size of our pickle got modified a couple times as the Q realized time was flying.
