The Thang: 4×6 ( 4 exercises and 6 rounds)
Round 1: 10 burpees, 20 jumping jacks, 30 skaters, 40 rope skips (cardio)

Round 2: 10 pushups, 20 dips, 30 Y-W, 40 Hallelujahs (arms)
