Warm-Up:  High Knees, Butt Kickers, Jumping Jacks, Rag Doll, Hip Openers, Arm Circles, Phelps

The Thang: 4×6 ( 4 exercises and 6 rounds)

Round 1: 10 burpees, 20 jumping jacks, 30 skaters, 40 rope skips (cardio)

Run the Pickle

Round 2: 10 pushups, 20 dips, 30 Y-W, 40 Hallelujahs (arms)

Round 3: 10 burpees, 20 jumping jacks, 30 skaters, 40 rope skips (cardio)

Run the Pickle

Round 4: 10 pistol squats (HC), 20 lunges (HC), 30 squats, 40 glute bridges (legs)

Round 5: 10 burpees, 20 jumping jacks, 30 skaters, 40 rope skips (cardio)

Round 6:  10 inchworms, 20 American Hammers (HC), 30 Ab circles, 40 LBCs

We finished with a 15 minute yoga flow of sun salutations, warrior 1& 2, peaceful warrior, side angle pose, triangle pose, wide leg forward fold.  Long hold pigeon and reclining twist.
