Circled up for a quick warmup in the parking lot of some good mornings, windmills, worlds greatest stretch and downward dog.  Then we moseyed to the front of the library.   We split into 2 groups, group 1 did an bench exercise while the other group ran the stairs next to the library and looped back, once they returned we switched.  We did 8 exercises: box jumps, step up hops -stay on R, step up hops – stay on R, push ups, split squat – stay on R, split squat – stay on L, tricep dips and elevated bridges.

Then we all lined up on the stairs and started doing calf raises, person at the top ran down the stairs and lined up at the back, then the next person goes. Continued calf raising until everyone had gone around.  Then did the same thing but with wall sits this time – this is when we named our FNG!

Then we headed back to the parking lot to circle up with our mats.  This is the part where the Q remembered it was valentines day so we spelled LOVE for our abs –  Leg raises  Obliques  V-ups  Elbow plank – 20 HC each, then 1 min.
