ALOTO Q – 2/29 — Frito & Benedict co-Q

Need: gloves, water & mat for end 

  1. Disclaimer & warm up  (5 mins)
  2. Travel to front of Cary Arts Center – to celebrate leap day, we can leap our way there.  Jog a few steps & leap all the way there 
  3. At front of arts center, arms – each exercise for 29 seconds each then we will run a lap around the arts center.  Do 2 rounds.
    1. Tricep dips
    2. Hallelujahs
    3. Small arm circles forward
    4. Small arm circles backwards 
    5. “Push water” forward
    6. “Push water” backwards 
    7. Shoulder taps 
  4. Travel by jog/leap to parking deck & group leaping pic! 
  5. Legs/stairs in parking deck
    1. Run to top deck (every stair) & do 29 froggers
    2. Run down-29 imperial squat walkers at the bottom 
    3. Power walk by skipping a step to top deck & do 29 plank jacks 
    4. Run down- 29 monkey humpers 
    5. Run to top deck- 29 mountain climbers 
    6. Run down- 29 curtsy lunges 
  6. Return to old library site – can leap again if we want or just jog 
  7. Abs – 29 secs of each exercise l Benedict/Frito to lead together 
    1. Little baby crunches 
    2. Bicycles 
    3. American hammers 
    4. Dying cockroach (dead bugs) 
    5. Flutter kicks
