Warm Up: Good mornings, toy soldiers, arm circles/twists, jumping jacks

The Thang:

Q displayed a poster w/ 3 rounds of exercises (decent sized rocks Q never noticed before – were handy for keeping the poster from blowing away; note made for future Q’s).  Partner up: Partner 1 start w/ exercises on Round 1 while Partner 2 runs the pickle. When the runner finishes their lap, they start Round 1 exercises, while other partner runs the pickle. When you return from running the pickle, pick back up from where you left off w/ exercises. Continue alternating w/ your partner until each partner completes the rounds. If you get done, start going back up w/ Round 3 exercises until everyone is done. Halfway thru Round 3, Q was tired of running so the Pax finished Round 3 and moved on to abs.
