Warm up under the shelter

”partner up”, we had 5 so it was 2 and 3. One partner does a weight exercise while the other does a “traveling” move down the walkway and back. We went through each exercise 4 times (so each person got to do it twice)

squats/lunge walks

overheadpress/bear crawl

overhead tricep / run pickle

curtsy lunge/overhead weight carry

20 bug girl sit ups
