Theme of today is Year 2 of FiA Carpex – years are 8.12.2018 – 8.12.2019, so we will be using those numbers along 5’s in honor of our 5 year FiAversary week!
Our VIP’s will be traveling with us!

Pax took the stairs up one level in the parking garage to complete a Triple Nickel: 5 Star Jumps at one end, 5 Blast off Push Ups at the other, repeat 5 times. 

Q led the Pax to the front of Library to complete a round of 8-12-18/19 and 2 min round of cardio to honor our 2nd year/dates of Carpex:

8 burpees 12 push ups on the wall 18 seated crunches (sit on wall, legs in/out) 19 split squats hc 2 minutes Mtn climbers on the wall

Off we go to the Post Office down Academy St to complete another round:

8 burpees 12 Push ups 18 Sparky Crabs HC 19 Squats 2 minutes of Jumping Jacks – at this point in the workout, we were already gassed and the Pax were questioning the reps – just remember ladies: 8, 12, 18,19, 2. Easy numbers to remember! LOL

Q led the Pax across the street to the Old Library Site to complete another round: 8 burpees 12 push ups 18 step ups EC 19 dips 2 minutes of Plank Jacks. We decided 2 minutes of anything is hard and those were some LONG FiA minutes! 

Mosey back towards the parking deck stopping for 2 minutes of running stairs, then, COT and NOR
