Disclaimer and reminder of social distancing.
Warmup: 25 jumping jacks in cadence, skip to the end of the pickle, walking lunges around the bend, side shuffle left/right to the end of the pickle, butt kickers around the bend, ten inch warms ( on your own).

At the picnic tables we did five rounds of dips and push ups (10 reps) followed by a run around the pickle. We did four rounds of hard count step ups and squats ( 10 reps) followed by a run around the pickle. We did three rounds of imperial walkers and Superman’s ( 10 reps) and last time running the pickle!

Arms, Legs, and Abs oh my ( 20 reps ): Hallelujahs, right and left fire hydrants etc. and LBC’s.

Inspiration: I didn’t have anything planned other than appreciation for showing up and starting your day with exercise. On the way home, Jonny Diaz’s song Just Breathe was playing on K Love. Here is the link, have a listen, breathe in for the count of four, hold for two, exhale for the count of four and repeat through out your day.
