We returned to base – turns out that all the remaining ladies knew how to use jumper cables for their cars – way to go!! Shared a COT from the F3 “Freed to Lead” book I’m currently reading, “It’s a funny feeling when you feel totally unqualified to take a leadership role, but you suck it up and figure you’ll learn as you go.” I shared that starting to Q with FIA was daunting, but I did exactly what this quote says and now I no longer feel the fear and my confidence continues to grow.
