  • 30 jump lunges (EC)
  • 5 burpee and broad jumps
  • 20 Heisman jumps (EC)
  • 5 burpee and broad jumps
  • 10 star jumps
  • 5 burpee and broad jumps

Next round:

  • 5 in plank position skiers (HC)
  • 10 pushups
  • 5 in plank position skiers (HC)
  •  20 triceps dips
  • 5 in plank position skiers (HC)
  • 30 should taps (EC)
  •  5 in plank position skiers (HC)
  •  20 dolphin pushups
  •  5 in plank position skiers (HC)
  •  10 peter parkers with push up
  •  5 in plank position skiers (HC)

Next round:

  • 10 Ankle biters (HC)
  • 20 Full sit ups
  • 30 LBCs
  • 20 Heals to heaven
  • 10 American Hammers (HC)

Repeat above starting with the run.

Run track 1/4 mile back to parking lot started jumping again.  We made it almost through the 2nd round and ended with dolphin pushups.
