Warm-up: 10 Windmills, 10 small arm circles, 10 jumping jacks, 10 big arm circles, high knees, 10 good Mornings and side twists to stretch out the backs.

The Thang: Circuits with Weights/Cardio – All Circuits below were 10-15-20-25 counts (depending on the exercise).

Circuit 1: Goblet Squat with weight. Regular squats with no weight.

Circuit 2: Dead lift / back row with weight. High knees.

Circuit 3: Bridge with chest press with weight. Mountain Climbers.

Run the Pickle.

Circuit 1: Wood chops each side with weight. Jumping jacks.

Circuit 2: Reverse Fly with weight. Burpees.

Circuit 3: Overhead Press with weight. Butt Kicks.

Run the Pickle.

Circuit 1: Bicep curls with weight. Pushups.

Circuit 2: Lawn Mowers (each arm) with weight. Dips.

Circuit 3: Overhead reach with weight and leg left. Run the Pickle.

Abs: 20 Flutter kicks, 20 Bicycle Crunches, 10 Leg raises, 20 LBC’s, 20 Russian Twists. Finished with writing our FiA names (letter by letter) in the air with our legs for a full ab explosion!

Finished a few minutes early. Stretched and walked the pickle for cooldown.
