Complete three rounds of each exercise. 1st round = 1 min/exercise, 2nd round = 45 sec/exercise, 3rd round = 30 sec/exercise

Round 1

  • Alternating lunge w/ overhead press
  • Bicep Curls
  • High Knees (or high march)

Round 2

  • Goblet Squats
  • Bent over rows
  • Air Jump Rope

Round 3

  • Dead lift with upright row
  • Triceps extensions or kick backs
  • Butt Kickers

Round 4

  • Lateral Lung w/ lawnmower pull
  • Bent Butterfly back flies
  • Jumping Jacks

Round 5

  • Squat, curl, press
  • Front or Side Raise
  • Side to Side Ski Jumps
