Warm Up

Find a partner

Partner 1 starts with the cone workout.  Run to 1st cone and do the exercise, run back to start line.  Run back to 1st cone, do the exercise, run to the 2nd cone and do exercise.  Run back to start and tag partner 2 so they can start the cone workout.  Once they finish, partner 1 will go to 1st cone, do the exercise, 2nd cone, do the exercise, 3rd cone and do the exercise, back to start and tag partner.  They will do the same.  Add 1 cone each time.  8 Cones

1st cone- 10 push ups

2nd cone- 5 burpees

3rd cone- 10 skaters

4th cone- 5 touchdowns

5th cone- 10 pylo lunges

6th cone- 5 star jumps

7th cone- 10 Mountain Climbers

8th cone- 5 Peter Parkers

While at the starting line exercises: (until partner returns)

  • jumping jacks
  • big girl sit ups
  • ankle biters
  • American Hammers
  • in/out
  • Boy Bands

100 Shoulder Taps

200 Tricep Dips

10 Jump Squats while holding squat

Side Plank elbow to knee x2 while holding side plank R, then L
