To get the blood pumping on this first sub 30 degree morning we did 

5 min warm up:

Minute 1: Jumping Jacks

Minute 2: 10 JJ + 10 Imperial Walkers (repeat for 1 min duration)

Minute 3: 10 JJ + 10 IW + 10 Toy Soldiers 

Minute 4: 10 JJ + 10 IW + 10 TS + 10 Butt Kickers 

Minute 5: 10 JJ + 10 IW + 10 TS + 10 BK + 10 Jump Rope

The Thang:

Mosey to end of street.  Pax count off (15 of us).  Pax start exercise. Pax #1 completes the reps, runs to next light pole and continues said exercise, while the next Pax #2 completes their reps, runs to next light pole.  Continue until all Pax arrive at 2nd light pole, etc. Depending on your number, you’re doing alot of reps on the front end or alot of reps on the back end. It all evens out! Q had more planned, but modified reps/distance for time.
