We did a Tabata Tuesday workout all while wondering if the flagpole cameras were watching us and taking pictures?  Things that make you go hmmmm.

We used our walk to the front of the library with gear in hand as part of light warm up followed by few quick stretches.

The Thang:

30 sec on, 10 sec rest for bicep curls, tricep curls and jumping backs – repeat 3 x

30 sec on, 10 sec rest for flys, bent over row, butt kickers – repeat 3x

30 sec on, 10 sec rest for pushups, supermans, high kneews – repeat 3x

30 sec on, 10 sec rest for lunges, squats, jump rope in place – repeat 3x

30 sec on, 10 sec rest for RDL right leg, RDL left leg, seal jacks – repeat 2x

30 sec on, 10 sec rest for LBCs, American Hammers and plank – repeat 3x
