It was a brisk morning, and we rocked it, starting with a fun warm up to the 90’s classic song, “I’m a B**ch” with the following moves:

  • Good mornings, twist side to side, stretch down bet. legs, feet together, look up & roll up
  • Jumping jacks, reaches side-to-side
  • Toy soldiers, high knees, butt kickers
  • Jumping jacks, reaches side-to-side
  • Runners stretch both sides, low lunges
  • JJ, side to side, JJ, side to side
  • 4 ways arm stretch, both sides hamstring stretch

Then we split into 2 groups and did the following exercises along Academy street, jogging between 3 light pole spaces:

  • push-ups
  • Plank jacks
  • Crunches to boat position (10 sec deep breaths on the ground, hands on belly)
  • Mountain climbers (hard count)
  • Burpees
  • Jumping Imperial Walkers (hard count 10)
  • Dips
  • SPRINT
  • Squats
  • Jumping Imperial Walkers (hard count 10)
  • Bicycle crunches (15 sec deep breaths on the ground)
  • Curb alternating toe touches (hard count)
  • Leg Rainbow 10 each side
  • SPRINT
  • Curb calf dips
  • Hallelujahs + Calf Stretch 10/10
  • Heels to Heaven (20 sec deep breaths on the ground)
  • Double leg out & ins

We ended with a round of Yoga stretches, Name-a-rama & a COT.
