Warm up: Arm circles, push the water, neck rolls, rag doll, 15 Jumping jacks, walk backwards to park and back

The Thang: 5 exercises 50 seconds each then 10 seconds rest.

Legs- lunges, sumo squats, dead lifts, curtsy lunges, calf raises, box jumps

Arms- push ups, bicep curls, tricep extensions, renegade rows, alternating front raises

Glutes-  glute bridges, rainbow right, rainbow left, lateral lunges, single leg dead lifts- right then left

Abs- BGS, American hammers, dead bugs, wall sit, plank
