  • Partner up and 3 legged race to the “life begins at 40” cone and back

Thang 1 – gardening – repeat exercises until 15 minutes have passed (first round we counted until we got halfway through and realized 30 second intervals allowed more chatting) – completed 2 rounds

  • Hoe the row with bands or weights – 20 reps each arm
  • Squat – pull weeds alternating hands (weights) – 20 reps
  • Train the tomatoes (arm movements with arms held in front) – 30 sec
  • I forgot that weed over there – Lunges to the right and left – with weights
  • Fire ants – Squat, fast feet, jump forward, squat, fast feet, jump back – 20 reps

Thang 2 – lumberjacks partner up – got through one round

  • Partner up – one does Start the chainsaw – bands or weights – 30 seconds each arm. Other does Lift the log – kettle bells squats – 30 seconds
  • Partner up – Drag the chain up and down the grass median- partner yells encouragement “hurry up to get the log” and hallelujahs
  • Site the tree for cutting – Look up and down with head (stretching) – 30 seconds
  • Partner up – one does Pull the rope while felling to guide direction of tree – sit back in band around pole for 30 seconds – other person does sawmills – pushing on a band with left arm, while cranking with right arm and marching in place.
