We circled up for some stretches and then continued the warmup by jogging up the deck a few levels.  We settled into our spot and got to work.  Each round started with 45 sec handstand, 45 sec wall sit and 15 blastoff push ups then ended with a moving cardio that changed each time.  The cardio list was suicides, broadjump-burpee, lunge walk, high skips, and side shuffle.  After the last round we headed back down and circled up with our mats. Finished with 15 HC of each of the following: curtsy squat-side crunch, side plank reach thrus, prone WY, single leg Bridge, ankle biters and dead bugs.   I think I’ll be sore tomorrow!
