The Thang:Ran it as a four corners. Between each corner, ran to the middle to do 20 shoulder taps, hard count.
Corner 1:
20 curtsy squats
20 hallelujahs (weights optional)
20 front lunges, alternate legs
20 front kicks, alternate legs
Corner 2:
20 sumo squats
20 hallelujahs
20 right side lunges
20 kicks to the right
Corner 3:
20 pulse squats
20 hallelujahs
20 left side lunges
20 kicks to the left
Corner 4:
20 regular squats
20 hallelujahs
20 lunges to the back, alternate legs
20 back kicks, alternate legs
Repeated the corners 2 times.
Circled up for core – each person picked an exercise and we did it for 30 seconds.
