Tbh, I was running late and don’t remember what I threw together for warm-up 😛 but it was mostly the normal stuff I think.

The Thang: Grab Bag Circuits

I brought a bag with 18 exercises on pieces of paper. We took turns drawing 3 at random from the bag and then doing a circuit of 45 sec on, 15 sec off twice through those three exercises. Then the next PAX would draw 3, etc.

Here are the exercises (I don’t remember the order we did them in):

Legs: Dead Lifts, Sumo Squats, Reverse Lunges, Calf Raises, Jump Squats, Glute Bridges

Arms: Hammer Curls, Arnold Press, Chest Press, Push-ups, Skull Crushers, Bent Over Rows

Core: Russian Twists, Bicycle Crunches, Mountain Climbers, Flutter Kicks, Plank Hold, BGSUs

We had the perfect number of PAX (everyone got a chance to pick a circuit!) and this took us right up until the end of the workout. Thanks for joining me!
