THE THANG:

Billy Madison – 12 reps of 12 Exercises starting with grade 1 – then carrying our “backpacks” (weights), walk the pickle

Complete grades 1 & 2 – walk, & so on accumulating, until all grades are completed. 

Students were chatty this morning!

1st Grade – Overhead Press

2nd Grade – Dead lifts

3rd Grade – Bicep curls

4th Grade – Kettlebell swings

5th Grade – Weighted Glute Bridges

6th Grade – Renegade Rows EC

7th Grade – Squats

8th Grade – Weighted Hillbillies EC 

We completed middle school, and moved on to graduation (abs) due to time. 

9th Grade – Front Raises

10th Grade – Monkey Humpers

11th Grade – Tricep Extensions

12th Grade – Burpees

Graduation (Abs): 100 LBC’s oyo

Everyone gets an A+ for effort!  And, a mini lara bar for snack time 😉
