Warm-Up: Toy soldiers, inch worms and arm circles.

we then played a game of rock paper scissors with partners. Loser does a burpee, winner does a push-up. we played about 8-9 rounds until everyone was warm.

We then mosey’d to the kiosk for Thang 1

Thang 1:

  • 10 burpees
  • 20 pushups
  • 30 plank jacks
  • 40 situps
  • 50 squats

Run up the hill and back down

Go back down the ladder the opposite way starting with 50 squats and so on. Run the hill again

We then each grabbed a medium/heavy rock and walked over to the amphitheater.

Thang 2 :

  • 20 wood choppers (10 each side)
  • 20 tri-cep extensions
  • 20 overhead press
  • 15 wood choppers
  • 15 tricep extensions
  • 15 overhead press
  • 10 wood choppers
  • 10 tricep extensions
  • 10 overhead press
  • run lap around the ampitheatre

We did same format as above but with legs (all with the rock):

  • 20 squats
  • 20 alternating lunges
  • 20 step ups
  • 15 squats
  • 15 lunges
  • 15 step ups
  • 10 squats
  • 10 lunges
  • 10 step ups
  • run lap around ampitheatre

we put our rocks back and mosey’d over to the small field by the pond.

Thang 3:

11’s with Burpees and star jumps

we only got about 1/2 through them then were running close on time so mosey’d back to the Senior Center parking lot with a push up the hill on the way back.

We had time for a few abs and stretching while doing Name o Rama!
